Tom Simpson, Chartered MCSI

Senior Vice President, Head of Sales

Tom is Head of Sales at Henderson Rowe, leading the firm’s growth across business development, client relationships, and marketing. Alongside managing his own client relationships, he shapes how the firm’s investment strategies are presented, positioned, and delivered to clients.

Tom joined the firm in 2018, having begun his career in private banking before moving into investment management. During his time at Henderson Rowe, he has overseen the expansion of the firm’s client base, developed its sales infrastructure, and established a high-performing team responsible for client acquisition and relationship management.

Tom studied Business Administration at the University of Bath, graduating with First Class Honours. He holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Outside of work, Tom enjoys a good round of golf and is a national trophy holder for hockey. The rest of his free time is spent watching cricket, playing guitar, drinking nice wine, and reading history.
