Bofan is a member of Henderson Rowe’s asset allocation committee. He’s responsible for risk management, asset allocation strategy research, as well as managing broader, interdepartmental projects with Henderson Rowe & Rayliant.
Prior to joining Rayliant, Bofan worked as a senior valuation associate at Ernst & Young for the firm’s Strategy and Transactions service, specializing in quantitative analytics and corporate finance. At the start of his career, Bofan completed internships as a quantitative analyst at Rayliant and as an equity research analyst at Huatai securities.
Bofan earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign as well as a master’s degree from UC Berkeley. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Bofan also earned a Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
